Award-winning children’s magic - October 2007

René received a third prize for his children’s magic show during the German regional magic contest in Schwäbisch-Gmünd, making him Bavaria’s best-voted children’s entertainer. He will now go on to compete in the German Championships next year.

Magic on the air – July 2006

René was invited to appear on Ali Khan’s legendary late-night chat show. The show aired on Munich’s popular music station “Charivari” between 11pm and 1am on 17 July 2006. Besides being the subject of an interview, René also performed three magic tricks on the radio, two of which were done with members of the public that phoned in.

René gets a listing in the German version of the “Who’s Who.” The well-known reference book now contains a short biography of René and lists his achievements (even though he’s only 37!)..

Magical model – May 2006

René was invited, together with other magicians from the Magic Circle, to pose for the German fashion magazine, “MAXIM Fashion”. The double-spread shows him performing the Indian rope trick clad in the latest summer fashion trends (that, unfortunately, he was not allowed to keep!).

René appears on popular German TV science programme “Galileo” – May 2006

At the end of May, the major German TV channel, ProSieben featured a short trailer showing René whipping away a tablecloth from underneath an assortment of cutlery, plates, bowls, water and wine glasses standing on the table. The sequence was shown in slow motion and René managed to quickly remove the large tablecloth, clearing the table completely and leaving all objects in their near original positions.

René booked for French magic festival in May 2005

René has been booked to perform at the "Festival de Magie Blanche sur la Ville Rose" which takes place every year in Toulouse, France. This year, the festival runs from 18 to 22 May 2005. René will give three performances including in the international gala show on 21st May.
